On July 16 and 17, the second inspection tour of Anshan Enterprise Quality Improvement Action organized by Anshan Quality Improvement Office came to the company to carry out quality improvement effect evaluation and follow-up improvement diagnosis.

        On behalf of the company, Hu Jun, the general manager of the company, reported to the expert group on the rectification of the problems in the first stage, including the improvement, innovation, typical practices, enterprise response measures under the epidemic situation, and the work plan and action plan for the improvement of the quality of the enterprise in the future.

        The patrol expert group visited the main business processes and infrastructure of the enterprise, and verified the solution of the problems in the first stage one by one through communication with the relevant business heads of the enterprise, finally found out the main existing management problems of the enterprise and put forward suggestions for improvement in the next step.

        Through this promotion activity, we realized the gaps and deficiencies in the implementation of the company's total quality management and excellent performance management system at this stage. In the future, we should pay more attention to the strategy and market as well as to the  necessity and urgency of strengthening refined management, so as to ensure that we can not only survive after the epidemic, but also develop better!
