Around 17 pm on 9^th March, Zhu Hongwei and Peng Fude, who are Huaye Security on shift ,noticed an elder with ages around 80 to 90 wandering in the cold wind outside the company gate, and meanwhile immediately came to the elder to ask the family information. Because the elder got the suffers from Alzheimer's disease and can`t say useful information. They invited the elder into the security room for a rest , but the elder insisted on refusing. Therefore , they carried a chair form the room and laid in a place without cold wind for the elder. At the same time, the family member of the lost elder was contacted successfully with several times efforts. When the family member arrived at the Huaye Group and appreciated to the two nice guy, Huaye Security,because of their good deeds and wanted to give a reward to Zhu Hongwei and Peng Fude, but they refuse it politely and said “This is what we should do, as long as the elder are safe ” .

On 10^th march , the Family members expressed gratitude through company channels and handed the compliment flag over to Zhu Hongwei and Peng Fude. When looking at the red flag, every words show gratitude and appreciation to the two nice guys. This thing attracted by the high level of company, Huaye Group chairman, Mr Ma Liming came to guard room to commend Zhu Hongwei and Peng Fude for their good deeds. Ma Liming praised that their good deeds not only promoted the traditional virtue of respecting and honoring the elderly, but also demonstrates the corporate social responsibility and commitment.
